The firm represents victims of housing discrimination in federal and state court and at the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission and U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. The firm seeks to maximize the compensation to victims in connection with the refusal to rent, refusal to sell, discriminatory eviction, refusal to grant reasonable accommodations and modifications, and discriminatory terms based on race, disability, national origin, children, religion, sex and age. The firm has represented the Fair Housing Council of Montgomery County, TURN, and the Fair Housing Council of Suburban Philadelphia to obtain significant compensation and to open housing.
